Rates are subject to change at anytime. Rates for existing reservations will be locked in and will not be subject to any rate increases or site reclassifications.
There is a 3.6% processing fee for all credit card charges.
The Summer Resort Fee will be $10 a day and will be charged to all rentals.
The Winter Resort Fee will be $5 a day and will be charged to all rentals.
There is a $25 after-hours parking service fee.
**Our Condominium Declaration and Bylaws do not accommodate tents, pop-up campers, RVs with soft sided/canvas pop-outs, hybrids, or truck campers. Trailers and fifth-wheels must be at least 24 feet long, and motorhomes must be at least 22 feet. RVs more than 10 years old must be in excellent condition – subject to Management approval.
All sites are privately owned, so features may vary slightly by lot. Some sites are also designated for motorcoach use only.
All Gulf Waters sites include the core essentials for a comfortable stay, including 50/30 amp electric service, water, sewer, cable, and free WiFi.
Deluxe sites offer the essential Gulf Waters stay with a full-size concrete pad, space for an additional vehicle, a patio, and outdoor seating features that make a Port Aransas RV trip simple and comfortable.
Premium sites build on the Deluxe level by adding a permanent shade structure such as a pergola or palapa for more outdoor comfort during your stay.
Executive sites add upgraded outdoor entertaining value, including an outdoor cooking counter or bar setup with built-in electricity, water, and sink features on qualifying sites.
Platinum sites represent the highest-tier Gulf Waters experience, with expanded shade, stronger outdoor living features, and upgraded owner improvements on qualifying lots.
Site classifications and lot features may change over time, but Gulf Waters aims to price each reservation according to the appropriate site tier.
