Annual Rib Cookoff

For all of you who want to show off your culinary BBQ skills, enter to be judged for the rib-cook off on March 15th.
Each entrant must cook 2 racks of ribs in the same style and have them to the Welcome Center by 1pm.
We also need others to cook ribs for everyone to eat…even if you don’t want to be judged.
It promises to be a great day so come out and show your BBQ prowess!
